It seems indecent to post here right now, even though there are a number of different things I'd been thinking about writing. So I won't. This isn't a "Japan blog," but it is a blog that thinks quite a bit about Japan, and that only means one thing now.
But I did want to note, for those who may be wondering, that Mrs. Sgt. T's family is safe in Tokyo and points west, and as yet not directly affected by events, thank God. They're watching in horror and sorrow, but safety, like we are.
